I must tell you how incredibly smoothly this whole transaction has gone. From the initial delivery of samples, to discussions with you regarding various styles & options, to the final delivery, the whole process has been without any hitches & wonderfully easy. Although I was a bit apprehensive about ordering a sofa without having sat in it, the sofa itself is positively perfect!
