A: Wellington’s sells not only our own products but all the top leather furniture brands. We are confident about the margins we set fourth for our discount pricing. However in the unlikely event that you would find a lower price on the exact same product, item number and leather or upholstery cover within 5 days of placing your order Wellington’s will be glad to match any competitors price. Q: How long will it take for me to receive my new leather furniture?
A: It is dependent on your location. Most all of our fine leather furniture ships from North Carolina. If you have selected an in stock item, these are ready to ship and typically deliver within three weeks for customers located east of the Mississippi and those customers west of the Mississippi can add one to two weeks to this estimate. Custom orders are dependent on manufacturing schedules at the time your order is placed. Please consult your sales representative for more specific time frames.
Q: How will my furniture arrive?
A: Wellington’s uses full service delivery companies to make all of our deliveries. Your order will arrive by truck or tractor trailer depending on your location. All of our furniture deliveries are fully insured from our door to your door so no worries about problems, we take TLC with your shipment. In the unlikely event something goes wrong, our insurance will cover everything. All of our delivers are set up in advance around your schedule and other deliveries. We also make deliveries before and after business hours for those who don’t want to miss work. We are as flexible as we can be to make your delivery a smooth one.
Q: Can I tour your leather furniture factory?
A: Yes, in some cases we can arrange a tour of our furniture factories. We can arrange a tour of many of the furniture factories that we represent.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Yes, Wellington’s ships leather furniture all over the world and weekly shipments into Canada. If you are a non USA resident you will be responsible for taxes and duties into your country of destination.
Q: I see you sell the manufacturer I am looking for but I do not see the product I am looking for in your online catalog, can you still get it for me?
A: Yes, we can get anything produced by the manufacturers we represent. We do not show each and every item from every manufacturer we represent so if we list the manufacturers name on our home page then yes, we can get you any item within their product line.
Q: Does Wellington's offer free in-home delivery?
A: Yes, Wellington's offers free in-home delivery to most locations inside the lower 48 states. Some locations may have a surcharge because of logistics. Free in-home delivery applies to all orders over $1,700.00. Orders under the minimum sale price will have a $200.00 delivery charge.

A: Wellington’s accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express (a surcharge is added when using an American Express card). We gladly also accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Personal Checks.
Q: I understand my delivery is free what about taxes?
A: We only collect sales tax in the state of South Carolina.
Q: How much money down do you need to start my order?
A: We require half of the total cost of your order to begin production on custom pieces with the balance due just prior to shipping. We require payment in full for all in stock orders.
If the credit card is charged for the initial deposit, we will request that you send a check, Venmo or Zelle for the balance due unless other arrangements are made at the time of ordering.
Q: Do you share or sell your mailing lists?
A: We do not sell any of your personal information. It is kept in house and we do not sell, lease or make available any customers information to any outside sources.

A: No, we have been a family owned and operated company managed by women since we began selling leather furniture in July of 1982. The name Wellington's actually comes from the middle name of our president's father, his name was Edward Wellington . Our all women staff includes mostly family members that have all been here for decades. We love what we do and it shows!

A: All manufacturers represented by Wellington’s come with full manufacturer warranties. Each is specific to the manufacturers products you purchase. We are here to help you now and down the road. Our customer service is rated #1.

A: Wellington’s fine leather furniture lives up to its name; our leather furniture is upholstered with only premium top grain cowhide leathers from around the world in your choice of color and finish.
Q: Will outside catalysts harm my leather?
A: Hair oil, hair gels, body lotions, and some medications can have a chemical reaction to leather that can cause staining, fading, discolorations, and color changes, which are not covered under any warranty.
