Frames are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products.
10- Year Limited Warranty – Springs
The 8-way hand-tied spring system is warranted against breakage due to defective materials for 10 years from the date of the original purchase.
3-Year Limited Warranty – Cushion Cores
High resiliency polyurethane materials and layers of polyester fiber are used for superior seating comfort. Cushions are warranted for three years from the date of original purchase against loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with the softening and flattening of the polyester fiber and foam that will occur because of normal use and aging.
3-Year Limited Warranty-Reclining Mechanisms
This warranty covers, the original retail purchaser, protection against a defective reclining mechanism for a period of (3) years from the date of original retail purchase. At manufacture’s discretion, it will repair or replace the part of the mechanism that is defective.
1 – Year Limited Warranty – Leather
The leather on your furniture is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for one year from the date of original purchase under normal care and use. This warranty does not cover colorfastness or wear ability. Leather damage or failure due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty.
Hair oil, hair gels, body lotions, some medications and other catalyst can cause a chemical reaction, harm or damage to the leather that can also cause staining, fading, discolorations, and color changes, which are not covered under any warranty.
If a defect is found in a product covered by this warranty, Wellington’s must be notified and together with the factory that produces this product will determine at their opinion if replacement or repair will be an option and covered under this warranty. Wellington’s reserves the right to arrange a local repair. The cost of packing and shipping to and from the factory is not covered by this warranty unless expressly arranged in writing.
To act on this claim, you must have: A dated receipt and be the original owner of the product in question.
