If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the receipt of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund, subject to both return shipping charges and a restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was delivered to you in the last 7 days

  • The product isn't used or damaged

  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Wellington's will arrange for pick up of furniture after you obtain a RMN.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Wellington's Fine Leather Furniture.

Restocking fee

You are responsible for a restocking fee of up to 45% at our discresion.

Defective Furniture

You are ordering custom made furniture that is made especially for you.  These are one of a kind custom made furniture pieces.  Although all the furniture sold by Wellingtons is inspected before your delivery a defect may not be noticed until use begins.

On rare occasions a manufacturer defect can occur.  Wellington’s and the factory involved reserve the right to rectify without returning the items.  Any and all issues are subject to inspection before determining.  We will work with both you and the factory to find a suitable resolve that is fair to all parties.

Any dispute or litigation involving Wellingtons shall be governed by the laws and rules of court of South Carolina.  Furthermore, all litigation wherein Wellingtons is a party shall be brought in the forum state, South Carolina.  Any litigation brought in another state shall be of no force and/ or effect.
