I wanted to personally thank you for your help, kindness and patience on the phone today when my wife & I were ordering our Bradington Young couch and loveseat.
We’ve been to at least 12 different furniture stores in Ohio and North Carolina trying to find the perfect fit for our needs. I was ready to pull the trigger several times just to call it done. But my wife likes to research everything to the ends of the earth to get exactly what she wants. And she really has a hard time pulling the trigger on any and all purchases. I am extremely happy with my leather sofa, love seat and chair and ottoman. Superb craftmanship. The very best quality leather and the color is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I was also pleased with the price. I ordered during the 25% off Labor Day Sale, free shipping and no sales tax in North Carolina. The furniture was wrapped and boxed with care for delivery, and the two men who uncrated the pieces worked very hard, took great care and were very polite. I would have no problem buying furniture from Wellington's again, but I believe that this furniture will most likely last the rest of my life. So I have been sharing my experience with others. I have never ordered furniture from a website before I called Wellington's leather and they were so helpful, answered all my questions, they even sent samples for me to look at. I couldn’t believe how many leathers and color there were. They came to my house the next day oh and I live in Michigan so I was very impressed how quick they came . Love the new sofa! The leather feels very soft and the cushions are just what we wanted... they have the springs inside. The color fits the room also... neutral....
