All frames originate from kiln dried hardwood and hardwood laminates. All frame joints are glued and corner blocked to conform to the industries highest standards. The spring system consists of 8-way hand tied coil springs fastened to a polypropylene base and secured in the proper position by 100% nylon twine. Sinuous wire and webbing are used when the 8-way configuration is not applicable. Each seat is tuned for lasting comfort and long durability. Tailoring is the flow match technique to produce a maximum pattern match. All pieces are fully insulated and padded inside and outside.
