Limited Warranty
This warranty guarantees its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship, given normal use and proper care, for one year of single-shift service from the date of purchase as shown on your original receipt or other proof of purchase. Furniture in which such defects do occur will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers option. This remedy is exclusive and the manufacturer does not authorize any person to create for it any obligation or liability in connection with this furniture. Liability for defective merchandise should be limited to the repair or replacement of that merchandise and the factory shall not be liable for any damages or losses. This warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of the product. Any modifications made to the furniture, which would alter any product from its original configuration, will immediately and automatically VOID this warranty. Damages cause by contact with desks, tables, other surfaces that accelerate normal wear, associated with use of the product, are not considered warranty issues. Any exposure to extreme heat and/or direct sunlight, on tables surfaces, may cause surface damage and/or color changes. Damages to stacking chairs, caused by handling methods during the stacking and/or unstacking of chairs, is not controllable by the manufacturer. These issues are beyond the control of the factory and are not considered warranty issues.
This warranty does not cover upholstery materials. Upholstery materials include all fabrics, vinyls, leathers, and C.O.M or C.O.L. The manufacturer does not guarantee fastness of colors, dye lot, quality, durability, wrinkling, shrinkage, or stretching qualities of any material. Any adjustment made will depend on the material manufacturer’s ability to stand behind their product.
Hair oil, hair gels, body lotions, some medications and other catalyst can cause a chemical reaction, harm or damage to the leather that can also cause staining, fading, discolorations, and color changes, which are not covered under any warranty.
