Frame Construction: Kiln dried, laminated, and select hardwoods that are precision machined for fluid and consistent shape.

Padding: Pattern cut urethane foam that is padded with felt polyester fibers, assuring the important qualities of comfort, loft, resilience, and good recovery.

Seat: A high resilient, high density foam core wrapped with virgin polyester fibers, assuring luxurious comfort and pleasing crown appearance. This is then covered with a special ticking for pillow soft comfort.

Seat Back: Filled with precision cut foam and highly resilient polyester fibers or filled with 100% virgin polyester fibers enclosed in a special ticking for pillow soft comfort.

This limited warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Coverage begins on the date of the purchase as shown on your proof of purchase.

Manual Reclining Mechanisms & Springs

We warrant your reclining mechanism and springs will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 5 years from your purchase date, based on normal household use.

- First Year: Parts, labor, and shipping are covered.

- After Year 1: Replacement parts only; labor and shipping not included.

Frame Parts

We warrant our frames for the lifetime of the furniture - as long as it's in the original upholstery and used under normal conditions'

- First Year: Parts, labor, and shipping are covered.

-After Year 1: Replacement parts only, labor and shipping not included.

Leather Covers

Our leathers are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. This does not include:

- Normal wear, wrinkles, fading, or pilling

- Natural variations in leather (like grain or color differences)

- Damage from stain repellents applied after purchase

Excludes wear, wrinkles, fading, or pilling, or treated fabrics. Customer's Own Material (COM) is not covered.

Filling Materials

Foam, padding, and filler are covered for 1 year against defects.

Normal compression over time is expected and not considered a defect.

Cushion Cores

Cushion cores are covered against abnormal loss of resiliency for the life of the product (in original upholstery and normal use).

Softening over time is normal.

- After Year 1: Replacement cores only; labor and shipping not included.

Motors & Power Components

Motors and other power parts are covered for 3 years from purchase. We'll repair or replace defective parts at our discretion.

Power Recline Mechanism

Covered for 3 years from purchase

- First Year: Parts, labor, and shipping included.

- Years 2-3: Replacement parts only; labor and shipping not included. Returned parts must be sent back within 30 days for credit.

Battery Pack (Power Recliner Option)

Covered for 1 year against defects.

Battery life will vary by use; recharges in about 8 hours.

What's Not Covered

- Consequential or incidental damages whether claimed under this warranty or any implied warranty imposed by law.

- Normal wear, fading, or leather color changes from sunlight or body oils
