Our all women staff of designers and customer service representatives have over 60 years of experience in the leather business. Donna our founder started Wellingtons in 1982. With her passion for decorating and quality home furnishings it was the perfect fit. Decades later she continues to work in the office every day. Her wisdom and love for what she does keep the staff motivated and customers love her suggestions. After 35 plus years she still takes part in all aspects of her company.

Stephanie the oldest daughter started with the company while attending college at Appalachian State University. That was almost 2 decades ago. Although her degree is in criminal justice, she finds herself more at home here. She loves working with customers and helping them design the leather furniture of their dreams. Energetic and dedicated to getting things done right and on time.

Meet Samantha the middle daughter. After attending college at East Tennessee State University she started her career in student housing and property management. She continues with that career and works with us as she can. She enjoys doing both. This allows her to be independent and still stay part of our furniture family.

Caroline, the baby is a graduate of Western Carolina University, with a degree in early childhood development. She chose to join Wellington’s in 2018 full time. She oversees all social media and keeping the website up to date and looking colorful among other things. We love having her with us as she is a joy to have around and so talented.
